1. Returns

a. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
b. Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
a. Some items are non-returnable, including used products.
1.3 Return Process
a. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at gbond8744@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
b. Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on where to send the return.
c. Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Eligibility
a. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
b. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
2.2 Late or Missing Refunds
a. If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
a. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer support team.
Shipping
a. To return your product, you should mail your product to D-88-89 hari enclave,kirari suleman nagar,delhi-110086.
b. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
c. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
